Kenji Araki

Kenji Araki is a Vienna-based musician, digital artist and performer with roots in Japan. Their work explores the boundaries of contemporary club music through detailed sound design, post-club composition and audiovisual performance. The debut album Leidenzwang appeared on Affine Records in 2022, followed by Hope Chess in 2023, which gives melodies, voices and textures more space. Araki also works with ANTHEA and formed enns with YBsole. Releases span Affine Records, Ashida Park and Tender Matter.
