Braises de Velours is a Geneva-based DJ whose sets connect bass music with Latin rhythms. Her musical path began with acoustic and electric guitar before the energy of house drew her towards DJing. Early appearances at L’Usine, Le Zoo and La Gravière placed her within French-speaking Switzerland’s club circuit, where she developed a rhythm-led approach that brings percussive force together with atmospheric sounds. Her selections now move through jungle, breakbeat, dancehall and club music, with Latin percussion providing another point of connection. Le Zoo lists her among its residents, and she represented the club on the European tour marking its 25th anniversary.
