EcoGuide takes live-music sustainability into autumn workshops
The Swiss resource is followed by practical meetings across German-, French- and Italian-speaking regions.
The EcoGuide for live music is moving beyond its summer introduction with a series of free practical workshops. The published autumn schedule starts at Bogen F in Zurich on 27 October 2026 and continues through Bern, Lausanne, Neuchâtel and Basel, before December sessions in Lugano and St Gallen. Registration is required.
A shared working resource
PETZI developed the guide with Music Declares Emergency Switzerland, Vert le Futur and reflector, with support from Pro Helvetia and PEIK. The online resource groups questions around energy, infrastructure, travel, catering, administration and communication, and lets users compare measures by effort and expected impact.
The workshops offer a next step for clubs and other music organisations that need to apply such questions to their own operations. German, French and Italian sessions are listed, making the project relevant across several Swiss music networks. The guide was announced in August; the current development is this practical follow-up programme. Dates, locations and sign-up links are available on its official news page.
