Geneva collective viragezero released its self-titled debut digitally on 2 October 2026 through Les Disques Bongo Joe. The eight-track album gathers musicians connected to Citron Citron, L'Eclair and Magic & Naked, creating a new collaboration within the city's independent scene.

From Geneva to a wider listening circuit

The credited instrumentation combines sampling and synthesizers with guitar, bass, violin and vocals. Recordings took place at Roccolo in Brione sopra Minusio and Sight and Sound in Geneva; Benoit Gerard and Erard Ritmo handled mixing, with mastering by Kelly Hibbert. The official release credits Mene for the artwork.

The project has already travelled beyond local coverage: Twistedsoul premiered Rien ne vient in September, and Seattle station KEXP included the album in its 5 October new-music reviews. Those are documented points of attention, not a chart result. For Switzerland's electronic scene, the debut offers a new meeting place between electronic composition and an existing network of bands, with all eight tracks available from the group's official release page.
