Jazz Cartel

Jazz Cartel is a British atmospheric drum & bass project whose 1996 Creative Wax tracks Expand and Blue Haze became enduring intelligent-jungle cuts. Jazzsticks later connected that catalogue to Vienna through Paul SG's Expand remix and the Jazzsticks x Creative Wax release.
