A Graz pop-culture anchor with roots in the 1980s and a new chapter opened for the 2003 European Capital of Culture year. PPC runs roughly 200 events annually across two floors, flipping between live concerts, DJ sets and club nights with strong sound and lights in the heart of Lend.
