ELEN PAYNE

Elen Payne is Berlin's hard techno shapeshifter — Colombian-born, Kindcrime Recordings co-owner with Alessandro Nero. Her 'Nephren-Ka' and goth-cyberpunk aesthetic cut through industrial techno's noise.
