Visitors can follow the artist and receive future profile updates inside their own dashboard.
The Follow control prepares John Johnson’s profile for the social layer of SCENE:ID. A listener, label, promoter or another artist can subscribe to the identity and see new posts in a personal feed.
The relationship remains attached to the artist profile rather than being scattered across a separate social network.
