Kopfklang returns to Emmenbrücke with a rebuilt club interior
The September reopening renews a 500-square-metre electronic-music space in the Lucerne region.
Kopfklang reopened in Emmenbrücke on 5 September 2026 following changes to its sound, lighting and interior. The club's own opening documentation confirms the return, while the local openings guide Meetz describes the project as a rebuild within the existing WERKHALLE. It is a renewal of an established setting, not evidence that a completely new building has opened.
At Emmenweidstrasse 20, the venue advertises 500 square metres and capacity for 500 guests. Kopfklang's programme focuses on techno. Outside its own nights, the room is also offered to other organisers as WERKHALLE.
That distinction matters for the region's electronic infrastructure. A club's own programme and a space available to independent promoters can support different parts of the same scene. The published house rules also prohibit photography and filming on the dancefloor and describe awareness and security provision. The opening has already taken place; visitors should consult the live club programme for forthcoming nights rather than treating the September launch as an upcoming event.
